Each country must send the participant list to Korea 4-H by e-mail until Oct. 10th 2023. If the number of participants is less than 30, this winter camp can be cancelled, and we will let you know it.

All participant-forms, flight schedule and Insurace Copy must be sent to Korea 4-H until Dec. 15th 2023 by E-mail

Every participant should be responsible for their own insurance.
•
Airport name: Incheon International Airport.(1.5 hour away from Seoul)
3.
Registration Fee
•
Registration Fee is 800 US dollar per perosn
•
Registration Fee should be paid through wire transfer to Korea 4-H by Dec. 15, 2023.
•
Afterr receiving your list of nominated participants, we will send you invoice for the registration fee
•
Refund Policy

Until Jan. 15, 2024, we can refund the 70% of the fees.($560)
◦
Jan. 16 to Feb. 10, 2024, we can refund the 50% of the fees.($400)
◦
After Feb. 11, 2024, we can not refund the fee

Invitation letter:
•
After receiving participant-forms and registration fee, we will send the official invitation letters to your country.
•
If you need invitation letters early, please let me know. We will also ask Korea Embassy to issue Visa for the participants. Your quick request is very important.
5.
Cultural Show
•
Delegates from each country should prepare their own cultural show such as dances, play, sing and presentation slides to acknowledge cultural understanding for 7 minutes. (Cultural Show)

2 Minutre Speech about Your Dream
•
Every youth participant should prepare ‘2 minutes speech about Your Dream’ in English. The best speech person will be given a prize.

Language: Every participant should speak in English.

Housing and Meals
•
Housing and Meals are served during the Winter Camp by Korea 4-H

Weather
•
Winter is cold in Korea. The average temperature of December here is - 1.4℃. Sometimes the temperature goes down -15℃. So, prepare warm jackets and pants.
10.
Ski Experience
•
All participants will be provided to rental service for Skiing such as ski suit, ski, ski boots and poles. But all delegates must bring their ski gloves and winter hat.
